cinnamon honey and lemon weight loss

A 59-year-old female asked:
Dr. Michael Kleerekoper
50 years experience Endocrinology
Combination: There is a lot of calories in raw honey, a bit less with cinnamon or lemon. The raw honey won't help your weight loss. Diet and exercise is best!
