i constantly get big hard yellowish chunks getting stuck in my tonsils. i tend to cough it out but lately they are so large and its hard to swallow.

Tonsil Asymmetry: Greetings. Most everyone has subtle asymmetries of their lymphatic tissues. As we age, these tissues in the throat and in the back of the nose will shrink and atrophy. This is probably not anything to worry about but it's wise to see your ENT doctor for confirmation.

so a couple hours after eating i cough and spit and see hard white chunks very tiny doesn't separate kind of looks lik a booger and also i got tonsils taken out years ago but i've also coughed chunks of clear white jelly mucas do u know what it is?

: If you cough up chunks of foods, I'd be concerned about the presence of a diverticulum ( pouch) in your throat. You could be dealing with laryngopharyngeal reflux or postnasal discharges.  I recommend consulting an ENT specialist for evaluation &amp; advice. Any appropriate testing will be ordered.

what is the brown mucus i spit up with brown chunks? not tonsil stones, no smell and not yellow it only has happened when i first wake up lately.

Gum disease: Bleeding gums can be a sign that you are at risk for, or already have, gum disease. These bacteria, along with mucus and other particles, constantly form a sticky, colorless toxic “plaque” on teeth causing the gums to become inflamed and to easily bleed. Bleeding may be a sign of a serious problem, which should be checked by a dentist.

i accidentally hit the back of throat (left tonsil) with my waterpik. it looked like a small chunk came out and now it won't stop bleeding and it's pretty painful. should i be concerned i've injured myself?

Coughing up Tonsills: U can't cough up your tonsills! What many people end up coughing with strep infection are debris which collects over their enlarged tonsills and collects in between the tonsillar crypts, called exudates. Since they reside on tonsills, they may take its shape. Those are gen small specks of 2-3 mm, but can be occasionally larger. Make sure u complete your treatment for strep and use oral hygeine.

i have a very bad smell in mouth everyday even if i brush my teeth and do mouth wash i been having this problem for years and also white chunks comes ?

2 exams: You need to be seen by both your Dentist and your Physician.  Bad breath indicates infection, as do "white chunks."  You need teeth, gums, tonsils, sinuses, evaluated, as well as being tested for GERD and Diabetes.  Your body has been telling you for years that something's wrong.  Go find out what, and then have the appropriate treatment.

Most likely: Healthy young patients such as yourself will cough it out. 
There is a small chance of pneumonia, so should you develop fever, worsening cough, or chest pain you should go to your doctor earlier rather than later.

See a dentist: I am not sure when you say I have these antibiotics if they were prescribed to you by a supervising dentist  or you are medicating yourself? If you have not seen a dentist to evaluate that please do so. There are other things that can be done besides taking antibiotics. Please have it evaluated as soon as possible.

at the side of my tonsils at the bottom i have a group of 3 small lumps. its the same on both sides. is it normal tonsils tissue? had it for years

Tonsil/tongue base: Sounds like the junction where the tonsils end and the base of tongue begins. Particularly that they are identical on both side and they have stayed the same for years. If you are at all concerned, you can ask your medical provider at your next physical to be sure.
