Kidney stone?: I strongly suspect you have a kidney stone that has become infected. A kidney cancer is unlikely at age 28 and you need a workup to get at the cause and get you treated. (there are a few other possibilities.).

Unrelated: Don't look for a single cause. Endometriosis is extremely common, as are sinus troubles. A person can learn to remove their own tonsilloliths. Blood and protein in the urine in a woman are often contaminants but a cause should be sought. It's a waste of time to try to connect these. : Stress and anxiety can certainly affect urination.  That is fairly common and might be best controlled with a small amount of an SSRI.
