Doxepin?: Up to your doc but if only going on go sx might consider Doxepin (sinequan) which has an antiacid. Effect.

Other possibilities?: Anatomically speaking bile gastritis after cholecystectomy would be far-fetched suggesting incompetence of the gastro-duodenal sphincter. Look for another cause or confirm this one with gastroscopy.

Mirtazapine: Seek consultation & ongoing support for this important health problem. You deserve it & the answers received there will be more accurate than the one i can give. That said, the antidepressant Mirtazapine (remeron)  is also  80% effective for variety of anxiety conditions in clinical trials. It is taken at night because it causes sleepiness but it diminishes nausea and improves appetite.

Gastroparesis: Do you have underlying diabetes? If so controlling diabetes will reveal some of your symptoms. Under guidance of your GI specialist, you may want to try metaclopramide, Erythromycin or even a gastric pacemaker if you the right candidate. Reactive gastritis is due to some offending event or substance. Can be controlled by avoiding the offending agent like alcohol or coffee, spices/ antacids help.

after endoscopy have mild chronic gastritis. all biopsies were benign. much better after couple of months but feel little nausea in mornings then wears off.also belch up pieces of food with sour taste after evening meal. couple of tums help that?

Not a question there: Brenda, not clear what you are asking.  You should have a physician if you have all of those diagnoses.  ER's are not good place to make complicated diagnoses except in emergencies.  Would strongly suggest that you consult your own physician as to what you can do to improve your symptoms and wellbeing.  If you are not satisfied, ask for a second opinion or a specialist referral.  Good luck!

See your doctor: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person.  He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

Probably migraine: Migraines are the most common cause of frequent headaches, and they are often associated with nausea.  Otc pain meds can contribute to rebound/medication overuse headache, which causes the headaches to actually worsen in the long run.  You should see a neurologist who can get you on a good preventative agent as well as a good acute agent (i.e. Triptan i.e. Imitrex) for the pain.

Gastratis: You may have a mild inflamation if the stomach . I would try soft or light diet with no fatty foods or fries and I think this will probably make it go away . If it does not go away completely try Prilosec OTC  once a day
