Middle ear pressure.: When middle ear fluid is resolved, the hearing has improved to your former state.  A measurement of middle ear pressure, a so called tympanogram can be performed by an audiologist and can prove objectively that the middle ear fluid has completely resolved in most cases.

Nothing: just wait and take your medicines as prescribed, it will take its time, and be careful next dive, enjoy your diving

Not likely: No Singulair (montelukast) is not likely 2 cause sleep myoclonus.  The other conditions you mention are common in young children, middle ear fluid and adenoidal hypertrophy.   Benign sleep myoclonus is also common, and unrelated to the former conditions.    As long as your child's development is normal and the nature of the movement does not change, this is a variant of normal and needs no further investigation

If the symptoms continue,  please have a full physical examination and appointment soon.  Drink fluids to avoid dehydration, a BP reading in the upright and supine position is indicated.

Middle vs inner?: Not sure what you mean here. The ear canal is open to the outside, so every time you bath, shower, swim, are in the rain, etc, fluid can enter the ear canal.The tympanic membrane[tm]) ear drum, stops any fluid from getting into the inner ear (which some people may call the middle ear). Using an otoscope, a dr. Can tell with reasonable certainty if "fluid" is behind the tm, and decide any tx needs.

just diagnosed with fluid in middle ear (both ears), have had fullness in ears feeling and lightheadedness/wooziness since june 2017.  also have had chronic post nasal drip and chronic rhinitis about the same amount of time why the woozy feeling?

Woozy: Negative pressure in ears is causing peripheral vestibular symptoms. Need to see ENT for endoscopy, possible antibiotics, possible PE tubes, possible ET procedures. No smoking, flights, alcohol until symptoms improve. Control allergies with medication if present.
