: Those numbers seems fine with changing from sitting to standing when you have your blood pressure checked within minutes of changing posture. If the lightheadedness or other feelings go away when changing position from standing or sitting to supine position, intracranial hypotension can't be ruled out. Take care!

Get Adrenal Support: This could partially be due to low adrenals, which regulate energy +  blood sugar. We all need daily adrenal support to cope with stress. Physiologic doses are: dhea 5 mg and pregnenolone 10 mg for men; dhea 2.5 mg and pregnenolone 30 mg for women. Higher doses should be used initially (e.g., dhea 50 mg for men; dhea 25 mg for women) to help overcome fatigue and increase reserve against stress.

Gallbladder: Biliary dyskinesia is the name for a dysfunctional gallbladder. It can be associate with vague, intermittent abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, often associated with meals.  It rarely hospitalized patients.  It is diagnosed by functional studies of the gallbladder. Often called a hida scan.  It would not be associated with chronic headaches or dizziness unless you are becoming dehydrated.

Anxiety shows itself: In may ways.  Once can mentally obsess over things that frighten the person or do behaviors to keep danger away, e.g., ritual behaviors, checking and re-checking.  Physically there can be heart palpitations, shortness of breath, sweating, sleeplessness, etc.  Please go to a mental health professional for support if you think you have an anxiety disorder.

just diagnosed with fluid in middle ear (both ears), have had fullness in ears feeling and lightheadedness/wooziness since june 2017.  also have had chronic post nasal drip and chronic rhinitis about the same amount of time why the woozy feeling?

Woozy: Negative pressure in ears is causing peripheral vestibular symptoms. Need to see ENT for endoscopy, possible antibiotics, possible PE tubes, possible ET procedures. No smoking, flights, alcohol until symptoms improve. Control allergies with medication if present.

Low blood to brain.: Light-headedness is usually caused by a decrease in blood flow to the brain. This can occur with position changes, such as standing up suddenly. It can also occur if blood counts are low, such as in anemia. Sometimes irregular heart beats can cause similar symptoms. Discuss your situation with your doctor.
