Chest pain: No, the chronic gastritis can not cause this type of pain. You need to go to er to find out what is going on? Pain on breathing and relief on crouching is serious problem. Pneumothorax, pleuritic, rib fx&  pancreatitis have to be ruled out. Good luck.

Usually low acidity: If we are talking about helicobacter pylori associated gastritis, ph is high, acidity is low.

Chronic gastrits: Is related to stomach acid. Gerd is the splashing of the acid into the esophagus (swallowing tube).

Possibly: Any type of chronic irritation can cause enough changes that lead to cancer.  Patients with bile reflux, especially those with surgically created reflux conditions can get cancer.  See your gastroenterologist to determine the cause and the right treatment.

Chicken or egg: Chronic anxiety can lead to acid hyper secretion resulting in gastritis while pain due to gastritis may make anxious 🤣. You need to see your doctor to get proper history taking and examination so that a working diagnosis can be made and appropriate treatment prescribed

Gastric metaplasia: Gastric metaplasia can be caused by H. pylori but other risks for metaplasia include alcohol, bile reflux, etc.  The risk of gastric adenocarcinoma with GASTRIC metaplasia is really quite small, and is different from metaplasia involving the esophagus (Barrett's mucosa), where the risk for dysplasia or cancer is more significant.  metaplasia is diagnosed on tissue biopsy reviewed by a pathologist

Yes: True all  cases of chronic gastritis are not due to h pylori infections also every gastritis will not lead to cancer , best me sure eat healthy food , maintain hygiene contaminated food is the cause , if you have h pylori infection get it treated before the complications sets in

No: Food allergies/sensitivities would cause rather more of bowel symptoms not gastric, you may want to see a Gastroenterologist, as probably further studies needed to diagnose the cause of your symptoms, goodluck

i suffer chronic gastritis and no cause has been found and all treatments failed but now i have internal bleeding, why..will it ever get better ?

Needs more workup`: The bleeding is likely coming from the raw inflamed surface of the stomach lining which is "oozing" blood.  Not sure how much workup, but wonder if this could be due to H. pylori and/or a "hypersecretory" (acid) condition (e.g., gastrinoma), which keeps your stomach lining chronically irritated.  See a GI doc if you have not already, there is surely a way to manage this better.
