Symptoms may include intermittent or persistent pubic or hip pain, referred lower back pain,  pain elicited when sitting, standing , walking, lifting heavy objects, pain with erection, pain during sex, sometimes referred pain to rectum and during defecating. If you have urethral stricture, you could have pain on urination. Pain can lead to anxiety and insom.

Pain s/p  ganglion  : Would call the doctor and let them know. This does occur at times . May be short term or may need more blocks or may be  start of infection. Discuss with MD ask about short term steroids till it improves if not infection

Pelvic pain ?'s: Pelvic pain "on both sides" can be from infection (pelvic inflammatory disease) of from endometriosis , most commonly, but other causes are also possible.  See your gyn for an exam and other testing to be certain.

Ped. pelvic pain: Pelvic pain (non-specific) in an 8 year old is can be due to may things but certain etiologies are easily ruled out. Blood in urine is not normal in an 8 year old. Urinary tract infection appears to be ruled out however vaginal causes may be contributing. Certain pathologies or trauma in young females should always be ruled out by a pediatric gynecologist.

Pudendal block: It is uncommon to give pudendal blocks for pelvic pain in women. First of all, the pain may be coming from ovarian or uterine origin. At 23, you should see an ob/gyn to make sure of the cause, before consenting to have a nerve block which may not be necessary at all.
