Indeed: Although both conditions involve inflammation in the airways, asthma is associated with airway constriction often related to allergy. People with asthma often have wheezing, shortness of breath, and coughing. Chronic bronchitis is usually associated with tobacco smoking (not allergy) and the symptoms consist mainly of a wet cough (phlegm production).

chronic pelvic pain is sever today. hurts to move/walk. it's a tender/sore feeling that radiates. march lapscopy= no endo. what could be the problem?

Pain: Well for one, endometriosis may not be visible yet at age 17, so it can't be completely excluded.  A variety of things could be going on like ovarian cyst, interstitial cystitis, bowel problems, appendicitis, PID and pregnancy.  There's not enough info here to rule much out.  You may want to do a more extensive consult or call your GYN

if colposcopy findings after biopsies and ecc only show chronic endo cervicitis ( i know this means inside the canal not outside correct?) what does this mean and cause ? /treatment ? is it dangerous?

Accepted Answer

: It means the inflammatory cells are associated with the cells from the cervical canal (the endocervix) and is a report specific and common to the ECC. It is a normal finding correlated a little with sexual activity, no treatment is required or indicated, and it is definitely not dangerous.

can chronic dry nasal passages along with sores and scabs inside the nose lead to infection in the bronchial area  accompanied by cough?

Difficult: First, why do you have nasal ulcers?  How do you know you have bronchitis, which is predominantly a viral infection.?  You can develop cough from post-nasal drip if you have congested or infected sinuses.  But why not see a doctor and get this worked out?

if an endoscopy found mild chronic gastritis (neg h.pylori) yrs ago, and i rarely have symptoms, do i need to keep getting endos to check for cancer?

No: Routine screening for stomach cancer is indicated if you are more than 50 yrs old and have gastric atrophy (from decades of chronic gastrititis) or pernicious anemia (B12 deficiency). 1st biopsy chronic endometritis had flagyl levaquin (levofloxacin).2nd biopsy  chronic endo taking doxycyclin.doc not ready to repeat biopsy.will iui be successful?

You do not want: To do IUI until you know you do not have chronic endometritis and i assume you had hysteroscopy with the biopsy and not a blind biopsy.

PID v. Endometriosis: Pelvic Inflammatory Disesase (PID) is a infection which is affecting the uterus, fallopain tubes, or ovaries; always caused by untreated sexually transmitted infections (STIs).  Endometriosis is tissue from the uterine lining that is outside the uterus that can cause pain.  It is difficult to diagnose and may require an operation.  Your symptoms are more consistent with endometriosis than PID.

positive ana, chronic pain, headache, pcos, chiari 2. gained 80lbs in one year, no change in lifestyle. do i see endo or rheum? need help; depressed.

A lot of issues: If you are indeed depressed i would recommend you see a psychologist while your family doctor, gynecologist, endocrinologist, and/or rheumatologist should work hard to help you overcome the many issues you reported.

Your weight gain may be the result of marked fluctuations in your blood sugar. It might be worthwhile pursuing this if you do not currently carry a diagnosis of diabetes.

Hard to say: It could be related or it could be something else entirely.  But this certainly indicates that you need to get re-checked!  Every disease/condition affects people differently and takes a unique course. Whenever the standard treatment fails or expectation of the normal course of a problem does not occur, (there are always exceptions) then further evaluation is necessary. Good luck. Let us know!
