See your doctor : Antivert (meclizine) is often prescribed. Sometimes a low dose of a benzodiazepine such as Valium 2.5mg is used. However, Valium can be habit forming and can cause memory problems.  Talk to your doctor and make sure the diagnosis is accurate. Sometimes a referral to ENT or Neurology is needed for diagnostic clarification. Unfortunately, chronic vertigo can be difficult to treat. It can be due to a virus.

Get Adrenal Support: This could partially be due to low adrenals, which regulate energy +  blood sugar. We all need daily adrenal support to cope with stress. Physiologic doses are: dhea 5 mg and pregnenolone 10 mg for men; dhea 2.5 mg and pregnenolone 30 mg for women. Higher doses should be used initially (e.g., dhea 50 mg for men; dhea 25 mg for women) to help overcome fatigue and increase reserve against stress.

Yes plus: Anxiety our depression can contribute to some of these symptoms.  See a psychologist to evaluate the sources of your distress and work on anxiety and depression.   Self help relaxation, yoga and tau chi can be helpful.

Vertigo: Non vestibular vertigo means it is not from the ears, and therefore the neurologist is trying to control it by controlling your migraines as they can be correlated, follow their advice.

Specialists: I would first rule out serious pathology by having evaluations by a neurootolaryngologist and a neurologist. Photosensitivity and heightened sensitivity to sound are nonspecific symptoms. Determine what type of head pains you're experiencing?-muscle contraction tension type,neuralgia, temporal arteritis.  Stress management therapy may be advisable depending upon the assessment by these specialists

Ear pressure: I suspect blockage of the eustachian tube which connects the back of the nasal canal to the middle ear. This can cause vertigo, imbalance or other types of dizziness. If that nasal passage feels congested, irrigate it gently with clean warm salt water or spray the canal with a nasal decongestant spray to shrink the congested nasal membrane.

Anxiety/ depression: Paxil (paroxetine) (SSRI) may help with anxiety/ depression and as a result may also improve insomnia. Wellbutrin is not used for insomnia. It is used to treat atypical depression. Although it is not  FDA approved for anxiety  - recently it is is coming to light that it may help to reduce some anxious sxs.
