Rhinosinusitis: I don't think the 2 are interrelated. The cause of this chronic nasal and paranasal sinus inflammation is usually not infectious and may be related to allergic reactions or even climate factors. Treatment starts with irrigation of nasal membranes with very clean warm salt water and then instilling corticosteroid nasal spray i.. Surgery to remove blockages may be needed. Antibiotics for infection.

i have had (deer?) mice in my home for years. i now have chronic rhinosinusitis & clusterheadaches, cough,fatigue, should i get tested for hantavirus?

Hantavirus: Yes I would recommend it. Early symptoms are chills, fever and muscle ache then may begin to feel better for a very short amount of time, but within 1-2 days, it becomes hard to breathe with dry cough, general ill feeling, headache, shortness of breath, nausea and vomiting. I would also suggest testing for Lyme disease given your symptoms. It may also be a simple flu-like viral infection.

Yes it's possible: Not common but possible. Has this persisted even after antibiotic treatment? Have you tried using a NETI pot? Many people report improved symptoms after using it.

Sinus infection: The term "polynomial" is probably supposed to be "poly microbial", but basically it sounds like you simply had a sinus infection, which is the main indication to get that surgery. Individual circumstances may vary and you should always review your lab results with your own physician.

Treating allergies: would help relieve congestion of nasal passages bent nasal septum would rarely affect breathing unless really severe, follow up with your doctor who would refer you to an Allergist/ENT specialist, good luck

Antihistamine : Zyrtec is an antihistamine used to treat allergic rhinitis. It might give temporary symptom relief but I’m not sure of its long term effectiveness in treating rhino sinusitis which may have an underlying infection. Maybe as adjunct to what your doctor or ENT specialist may prescribe

Probably: The diagnosis that you have provided suggests that you have had a biopsy.  Neutrophiles are the first line of defense in what is called innate immunity and usually indicates an infectious origin.  Therefore , it is preventable if it is a viral or bacterial infection.  If the diagnosis was made by an ENT specialist,  he should be able to give you an appropriate answer.  Avoid people who are ill.

I don't know.: It is an herbal extract.. Try it and see if it helps you. I'm skeptical on herbal remedies.
