i like answers to my previous questions.  i feel better today, but just walking from room to room, i have to stop and wait for breath to catch up.. i have chf. and afib.  heart beats fast just sitting.  how can i strengthen my heart now?

Ans: There is always a possibility of a mutation. This cannot be predicted. However just because on the outside you are normal does not mean you do not carry a recessive gene. You and your partner can have gene mapping. But again remember thecwayvthe chromosomes line up is chance. But if you have abnormal genes you can put a percentage on the chance of that gene showing up. Again all a toss of the coin

44wf. miscarried at 13weeks. genetic test showed no problem (46xy). i don't have problems with hormones or any structural issues with my uterus. i guess my question is what other  issues could cause m/c at13wks.beside chromosomes or hormonal. help!

On average 1 in 5 miscarry.  Its usually more fruitful to try again than to try and figure out why it happened.   There are many known causes such as uterine fibroids, clotting disorders, infection, exposure to feto-toxic substances, etc.

More info needed: Please provide more history, such as past diagnoses that would involve walking. Is this walking short distance then not being able to,go,further,(claudication) or not walking due to balance, joint, muscle weakness, coordination?  Glad to answer but need more medical,history

Walking is good: Generally speaking people affected by varicose veins that present symptoms feel worse on standing and sitting for prolonged periods and heaviness, tiredness and ache improve by leg elevation or walking.  Other option for symptomatic relief is using elastic compression.  At times patients would also benefit from removal, ablation or sclerotherapy of varicose veins to decrease symptoms.

Wet Hair Outside: Walking out of the house with wet hair cannot make you sick. If you were developing a cold or upper respiratory infection before you went out, the cold, wet hair may hasten some cold symptoms.

Obsessive compulsive: Disorder.  This is likely a form of obsessive can disorder. These are unlikely to be true delusions. Rather, they are what are referred to as over valued thoughts that occur in ocd. I would recommend that you see a psychologist and a psychiatrist for medicinal and psychotherapy treatment of your condition as soon as possible. This sounds like a horrifying condition for you with unwanted thoughts that create a severe sense of dread. Do not fear that you will act on these thoughts.That is not a characteristic of obsessive-compulsive disorder when the thoughts are obsessional.Please get help as soon as possible see you can feel better as quickly as possible. hello, how important is ante natal and post natal classes? can walking everyday for 20 minutes do enough good for baby and i regarding my question above?

Knowledge: Pre &amp; post natal classes are a way to gain knowledge on the issues that arise during pregnancy/labor/delivery. Each persons experience will differ some &amp; some will face common complications. It is easier to endure/manage issues if you understand them ahead of time. They are most helpful the 1st time. Exercise/rest &amp; good nutrition are always helpful.
