Yes, but...: The lecithin in egg yolks is a good source of choline - but there is also a lot of cholesterol in egg yolks, so i would not rely solely on eggs as a choline source. There are lots of other good food sources, such as chicken, cauliflower, soybeans, spinach, tofu, and many others.

Not much: Acetylcholine (ach) is a neurotransmitter involved in learning and memory. It is unlikely that choline supplements will boost activity of this neurotransmitter system. There are medications that will do so but are usually reserved for people suffering from dementia.

There are several: lecithin is one. Various oils such as those from seafood (shrimp and scallops are uniquely good for this as well as the more usual oily fish salmon and tuna).

Won't work: Choline is a dubious dietary supplement and won't counteract the interference with a medicine on acetylcholine recepetors. If these are very troublesome, your physician may have something to offer; some such meds exist though they are seldom used.

Not useful: Supplements rarely help. So most of the time it ends up as a waste of money. But these two are safe to use if you feel compelled to use them. Good luck

Not tested: Choline is not a standard form of therapy for erectile dysfunction. There are many otc agents one can take but none have been studies in prospective randomized clinical trials.
