About  3 - 4 hours: Magnesium salicylate and keterlac, although both analgesics (pain medication) &amp; antiinflammatory are unrelated. So there is essentially no need to wait a long time. Keterolac requires prescription used for severe pain, whereas MS is over the counter &amp; requires no prescription. Hope you are under medica; supervision if you require pain/anti-inflammatory medication all the time.

: Salicylate and caine medications may be used more to reduce pain rather than to open a blocked nipple.  Warm compressed and gentle compression of the areola prior to nursing (when breast milk is filling the breast) may allow for opening of the duct.

Label directions: Since Bengay is purchased without a prescription it is safe to use. I have not known of a dosage to exceed.  The manufacturer of Bengal has FDA approval for its labeling directions.
Use according to label. 
Never heard of weighing out the product.  You might consider asking who told you to do this.  Is insurance paying for it. Might be a payer issue w insurance on a prescription from a doctor.

Not much: Acetylcholine (ach) is a neurotransmitter involved in learning and memory. It is unlikely that choline supplements will boost activity of this neurotransmitter system. There are medications that will do so but are usually reserved for people suffering from dementia.

i just realized that my vitamin doesn't have iodine or choline and i'm 15w3d pregnant. what can i do to compensate for this time not taking it?

Not an issue: I am not sure where you are getting your information. You can simply buy any over the counter or prescription prenatal vitamin which will have more than enough of anything you need. You could also just add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. Folic acid is important before and the first few weeks of pregnancy. After that vitamins have a very limited role.

Stop.: These items will not really help  you, and the lexapro (escitalopram) is for anxiety or depression. They are promoted by the manufactures and sellers, and not regulated by the FDA  unless there is a proven danger to health. Stop taking everything except lexapro (escitalopram).  With that money, buy a gym membership and exercise regularly.  The best buy for  your money. Exercise is also known to  improve anxiety and depression.
