Not dangerous: Try not to exceed 1000 micrograms per day. There's one report of toxicity above this level, which is also above the levels i could find that were used in animal tests, so you'd do well to stay lower. Don't expect it to solve any of your health problems. Best wishes.

There is none: Citrulline is an amino acid the body can produce by itself,  so no recommended daily allowance has been established for it. There is no need for any specific amino acid supplement as long as you get the RDA of protein (0.8g protein per kg of body weight) from a variety of sources (vegetarians be sure to combine your proteins such as beans with rice, or eat cooked soy or quinoa). Note: 1kg = 2.2lb
