The "superfood", anti-cancer, immune-enhancing and similar claims are all made up (breaks no law, strangely.) if the bottle contains what it says it does (and in this shadow world it often doesn't), you're safe. It's your money.

Algae: Chlorella and spirolina are green and blue=green algae used as dietary supplements.  Am not aware of any known direct toxicities, but persons with seafood allergies and those with hyperthyroidism should avoid these.  The more important question is are they really necessary?  Only you can determine whether you really need these.  Only your wallet is likely to be hurt.

Mostly yes: Spirulina and chlorella from good sources can be very good for your health.  Always find out the source. Try to get products from companies that are willing to show testing results of purity. Never buy products from china (some may be ok but there is a lot of contamination).

Chlorophyll has: little evidence to support its use but some people claim it helps. Guarana contains caffeine and some alkaloids that may reduce hunger. Too much guarana may be harmful. Chlorophyll is in all leafy green plants and you will get plenty from consuming spinach, green beans, parsley and other leafy greens. Best regards for good health.

No benefit: It really doesn't matter how long you take Chlorella, because there is no scientific evidence to support its effectiveness for prevention or treating cancer or any disease in humans. You would probably be better off using the money to buy healthy nutritious food as a basis of a good diet. Adding Chlorella will not help though. Good luck.
