See below: At first symptoms sound to be a viral like illness but fever up to five days typically should be evaluated further by a physician. Your symptoms are very vague and still could be a viral illness that is lasted slightly longer then normal. Other infections are possible with fever. Autoimmune and hormonal issues can also present with similar symptoms. Some basic lab testing and a physical are needed.

One should note what other things the body ache, fever &amp; chills are associated with. Does one have headache/Runny nose/dizziness, cough, stomach upset,  loose Bowel movements? Menopause: Your symptoms may be related to menopause. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Sounds like a cold: A cold or maybe the flu ...
Tylenol for fever and headache, a laxative for the constipation ... If your fever is over 101, do see a doctor tomorrow.
Don't go to work ... Stay warm .., lots of fluids ... If you have shaking chills, that is a serious symptom of a viral (or bacterial) infection ... Your doctor can take cultures and make a diagnosis.

Multiple reasons: certainly heat exhaustion, severe dehydration and infection are possibilities. Acute, sudden onset suggests infection ; however, heat exposure must be evaluated clinically.

Flu?: These findings are not specific of anything definitive.  You may be developing influenza.  Chills, fever, body aches are common.  If you are otherwise healthy, i'd give it a few days taking over the counter Ibuprofen and tylenol (acetaminophen) for symptom relief.  If it doesn't get better soon, then see your doctor.
