Ge reflux: It is well known that exercise is associated with gastrointestinal reflux can running inducess the most reflux, and aerobic exercises with less bodily agitation (bicycle) produce less reflux. The above is said if other causes such as musculoskeletal and cardiac have been excluded. Ugi or gastric emptying can sometimes confirm this issue, or just symptomatic treatment.

Pain is never normal--it is a warning signal and should be evaluated, especially if it persists. If you have accompanying shortness of breath, palpitations, or lightheadedness, do not continue to exercise and certainly see a physician ASAP.

Your doctor will be concerned about accompanying fever, blood with coughing, vomiting, shortness or breath, difficulty reclining, tenderness. Get checked.
