Possible muscleache : After certain twisting motions,  especially when repeated, muscles can be strained, so this could be the cause. This also could cause pain with deep breaths in, but it is best to have a doctor examine you to determine if there is an internal (lung) cause for this, or if it is the muscles.

Back?: It's probably just pain from your muscles, ribs or back.  Do you have any shortness of breath?  Is your heart racing?  Is the pain just when you twist?  
How did it start?  
Are you on the pill (the pill can increase the risk of you having blood clots in your lungs)
Have you had a cough or a cold?

Chest pain: Without any risk factors - you are at low risk for a cardiac event. You should be at least evaluated by your doctor - could be result due to your lungs, musculoskeletal or gastrointestinal.

i have chest pain in between the breatbone when i exhale, while i lay down. a squeezing pain, with body spasms. ctscans where made with no issues.help?

CT - when?: It's reassuring to know that your CT was normal but was it done for this illness (recently?). Your symptoms can be due to muscular pain, pleurisy or pericarditis. If you have fever, you need repeat chest x-ray, blood count and echo. Otherwise, I'd try an analgesic - ibuprofen or naprosyn (naproxen).

Rib torsion.: Lie down face up. Have friend compress your chest at sternum  with downward pressure. See if reproduces pain. Also when experience it try locate it and press hard. If reproduces or increases it probably torsioned rib which is common. We call them rib lesions. If at area where rib stops and cartilage attaches it to sternum that's costochondrits? Sports trainer could check it.

Pain: The positioin your body is in during sleep and the physical stresses on parts of it can sometimes cause pain later on. In a 20yr old it is certainly possible but no one out here in the cloud can see you and predict that specific to you.

started taking 50mg of antenolol once a day, 4 days ago for hbp. if i stop taking it now will i suffer through the withdraws (eg. chest pain, etc..) or have i not taken it that long for my body to become dependent on it.

Must be tapered down: Atenolol should never be suddenly stopped when using it for hypertension. You must consult your treating physician on how he/she wants you to taper down- usually a taper might be 50mgx 2 days, 25 mg for 2 days , then 25mg every other day x 2 days, then off ( as an example ). Stopping suddenly like you just did can cause your BP to spike.
