Not specific enough: I'm afraid that your symptoms are not specific enough to make a diagnosis over the internet. Most cardiac issues are not related to head movement but sometimes vascular issues are. Musculo skeletal strain is the most likely cause but if the symptoms are new or you are particularly worried about this then it would be worthwhile seeking a medical evaluation as soon as possible.

Xrays: Probably need to go to a Doctor for exam and Xrays. You could have fractured a rib or vertebra. 
Scary event-  don't wait to call the Doctor to get better fastest. Go to urgent care, ER or available office and get an exam for Xrays.

possibilities: Include musculoskeletal pain, pleuritic pain.  Doubt angina.  If you press along your breastbone and it mimics the pain, then it is musculoskelatal.

Many possibilities.: The heart and an anginal equivilent should be ruled out.Aorta should be evaluated also. Once stress test , ultrasoud etc done and is ok , then GI work up with barium swallow, egd, etc can be done, the most serious possibilities shoul always be ruled first.

Ouch: Some degree of chest pain expected with this. The chest wall gets sprained.  However if pin point pain and especially if troubles breathing get checked.

i fell backwards on concrete 2 days ago. i did not hurt my head because i tucked it in. right when i fell i started having chest pain, right side of neck hurts, and back. should i get an x-ray?

If you fell from: ground level, then the impact should not be severe enough to warrant X-rays, though persistent point pain in the neck or shoulder is an indication for suspected fracture.  Most women your age do not have thin osteoporotic bones and should have enough padding from your muscles to survive a ground level fall even on hard surfaces.   You may have a muscle contusion though which will hurt for a week.

started taking prilosec for gerd. soon after i started experiencing this weird chest pain, headaches, and a pounding chest ( no hr elevation). ran out and symptoms lessened.took it again and they came back. is it in my head or a reaction to prilosec?

It might be,,,: It appears that Prilosec can have as an adverse effect, severe abdominal pain.  This is due to increased intestinal gas.  There can also be nausea and vomiting.  Headaches are also a side effect.  It might be a good idea to talk to your doctor about how much you should take since your symptoms lessened when you ran out and this would help to avoid serious side effects.  Good luck.
