i have left chest pain when i deep breathe. i was diagnosed with tb in 2017 and had fluid  on the left side. i took tb meds and finishes in 6 months . the pain never went away. this week it has been worse and i developed productive cough 2 days ago.

:  Apply local heat to the chest wall and discuss the use of NSAIDs to control pain. TB physician may send you for additional testing and imaging as indicated to ensure that the infection is completely irradiated. TB infection may recur and while there may be several causes resulting in productive cough, TB should be ruled out.

You might have: pleurisy, pulmonary embolism, pneumothorax, basilar pneumonia, or something going on in the upper abdomen.  Best to consult with a doctor.

Pneumonia: pleurisy, pneumothorax, shingles, liver disease, and intra-abdominal adhesions are common that can cause this type of pain.  You need to follow up with your doctor with the test results from the ER so you can get relief from this pain.

i am experiencing  chest pain or discomfort when i breathe deep. i also have severe feelings of indigestion. this started after painful vomiting twice. sternum feels heavy and almost as if air is trapped. right pectoral is now twitching rapidly.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Alternatively, you could watch and wait. It is likely that the symptoms will subside in a few days. If you still have these symptoms, ten days from now, you should see a doctor.

Musculoskeletal: In all likelihood you have an irritated inter-costal nerve or muscle and whenever you take a deep breath and the muscle stretches it hurts.  Having said that, it is important that you make sure there is no lung problem going on that is mimicking a strained rib muscle or nerve.

Not cardiac: Possible pleuritic chest pain, non specific and a nuisance more than dangerous. Try a short course (5-7 days) of  nsaids with meals (ibuprofen/naproxen/etc). It may help.
If it does not, check with your pcp.

Reassurance: Chest pain that occurs with a deep breath is generally not of cardiac origin. If you have a past history of lung disease, pneumonia, pleurisy, or other conditions, your symptoms can be residual from that. You may also have musculoskeletal strain that is causing this pain with a deep breath. It possible that you would have a disease like pericarditis, but that is less likely.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. However, what you described does not suggest a serious issue. You may try over the counter pain relief, like acetaminophen, if the pain interferes with your daily activities. If the pain is still there in a couple of weeks, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Chest pain: Pain that comes on while taking a breath is often pleuritic in nature or something that irritates the lung lining.  This could be a pneumonia, pulmonary embolus or a vial process that irritates the pleura.
