What do you advise if i have chest pain that gets worse when deep breath?

Not cardiac: Possible pleuritic chest pain, non specific and a nuisance more than dangerous. Try a short course (5-7 days) of nsaids with meals (ibuprofen/naproxen/etc). It may help. If it does not, check with your pcp.
