You should get seen and examined: chest pain with exertion and chest pain with deep breathing and ply different types of conditions

Chest pain with exertion can be related to coronary disease or "hardening of the arteries or a heart valve problem whereas chest discomfort with breathing implies a lung problem or possibly inflammation of the sack that surrounds your heart
 You can differentiate among these different possibilities by a thorough examination and obtaining an EKG with further testing as needed depending on examination findings

No: It's not normal but it's unlikely to be dangerous if you're really 22 as your profile says. I see you take Prevacid (lansoprazole) and acid reflux can surely cause this. So can muscular pain. Heart disease that causes chest pain is so rare as to be reportable in your age group unless you have diabetes or use cocaine.

Can't tell for sure: Shortness of breath does not always mean cardiac. It could mean something in the lungs like asthma, or deconditioning. When you get your evaluation they will be able tell.

despite my decades history of internal bleeding, my cardiologist put me on clopidogrel. after four months i developed "blood cysts" that turned into black&blue marks, tarry stools, and chest pain when exercising. can anything help with recovery?

: Unfortunately relatively commonly seen. It sounds like the addition of clopidogrel worsened a preexisting bleeding condition. Assessment should start now with your cardiologist ( for your treated heart condition) considering alternatives for clopidogrel or simply discontinuing it if possible or necessary. Iron replacement or blood transfusion may be needed if having anemia and before gi work up.

Stress test: If you haven't had a stress test, you should. The test is indicated for people at risk for coronary disease (42 yo male) who have undiagnosed chest pain (you) and especially if you want to exercise safely. Do it right away!  don't push yourself until you've passed it!

Muscle strain: You likely strained a muscle in your chest wall or between the ribs. It is not your heart.  These injuries can take awhile to heal. A heating pad on the area can help. Please be careful not to burn your skin.

Time to see doctor: Chest pain is a sign that she should see her doctor; or go to an ER if pain is moderate or worrisome. In young adults, chest pain is less likely a heart attack. She should not drive (get a ride, or go by ambulance). If it turns out not to be costochondritis, myocarditis, anxiety attack symptoms, or heart attack, the ER will also have checked for problems like a collapsed lung or a pneumonia.

Chest pain: It looks like you have had a decent workup- there are other causes of chest pain with exertion aside from the heart.  You may want to get a pulmonary workup- ?Exercised induced asthma?
