As for your chest and back pain, this could be a serious issue. It could be related to your heart or your lungs and therefore you need to go see your doctor asap to get blood tests, Chest X Ray and ECG done to see what the cause is.

Muscles: If the pain has been constant then more than likely you are having muscle aches. Poor positioning on the bike can cause this, this is amplified by long rides. Also not being in shape enough to complete the long ride without feeling beat could also be a part.

But the flutters are due to irregularities in your heart rhythm - most often in your age group: premature atrial beats (or contractions). You can feel better by avoiding caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, and getting plenty of sleep and trying stress reduction techniques (like yoga or TM). IF that fails, there are meds that can help.

Back pain bending: Cure always depends on cause.  Keep a diary about this and share with team.  You are the one who can tell them what the problem is mostly likely due to.  X rays and blood tests rarely help but a detailed diary will tell your team what the problem is.
