See your doctor: You need a more complete evaluation by your primary doctor. Asking the chest and back pain could be your esophagus - due to a motility disorder. And make sure to askni it could be your heart, althoigh unlikely at age 27. Ask if a referral to a general surgeon is appropriate for your gallstone. Hope this helps!
