Difficult: We need to know more of your history like age and previous medical problems. I would like to make sure you do not have a thoracic aneurysm that may be dissecting ( if the pain is severe and like ripping something inside). You really need to be examined by a physician. You need at least chest x ray. Utnprobably a ct or MRI  good luck.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.  Wish you good health!
