recently cardiologist completed a range of tests with stress echo. he was happy. why would i still get some chest discomfort and pain under my chin behind front of jaw. also breathless. causes?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If the cardiologist who examined you was not able to address your health issues it would be impractical to do that in this forum. If you are not satisfied with the care, it would be prudent to see a different doctor.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Time to see ur: doc.If the chest pain radiates to your left shoulder,this is suspicious for cardiac pain,like from Angina or a Heart Attack.Other symptoms can include shortness of breath,profuse sweating,nausea,palpitations,dizziness,and a sense of impending doom.Remember,in women,these symptoms aren't always present.Go to the ER if your sick,or call your doc.

You are urged to have a physical exam and a chest x ray, with the possibility of needing further studies, .

Chest pain: You are under 40 so  cardiac causes for chest pain unusual. However, if you do substances like cocaine or meth that can be cause for chest pain. More common causes would be some type of asthma or anxiety. Fever? lower respiratory infection  possible. I do not know your other risk factors, but PE on list too!

Need more info: To really give a helpful answer much more information is needed; however I am always concerned when someone complains of chest pain, so wanted to respond. Most concerning chest pain or pressure often comes on with exercise, and can move to your jaw or arm, and be associated with shortness of breath, sweating, nausea. If so, be seen immediately. Otherwise, plan to see someone to discuss you problem.

Yes: Acid reflux can cause chest pain in some people.  Other symptoms can include burning in the stomach and esophagus, vomiting, abdominal pain, hoarseness, chronic cough, etc.
