Depends: If your problem is likely to be not very deep seated,  an urgent care facility can be less expensive, and quicker.  If the problem is life or functionally threatening and you might need sophisticated radiology and laboratory studies with a strong possibility of hospital admission, than you should go to an er.

Risk is near 0: Unless you have diabetes or use cocaine, the risk of a heart attack in a 33 year old female is close to zero. Since "common things happen commonly", it much more likely that you simply have a sore muscle in your left arm.

Exposure unlikely: If swallowed accidentally &amp; not chewed, it will likely pass through your system mostly undigested within 3-4 days. The coatings of the pit are protective and a single intact  pit would not transfer enough cyanide to cause harm. The body would remove any trace chemical over time. If you chew them up. it would be potentially deadly.
