None: Cherry angiomas are never a sign of something wrong, cancer or otherwise.

Cherry Angiomas: Generally these are small vascular lesions that gradually appear and can be hormone related, or a sign of liver disease.  Not aware of a connection to blood poisoning.  That said you can have splotchy red lesions on your body as a result of infection, and 'blood poisoning'.  If the lesions occurred recently or there are other symptoms like fever or malaise see a doctor ASAP.

All normal growths: Skin cysts, cherry angioma and dermatofibroma are all benign (non-cancerous) skin growths.  Cysts are saclike structure in the skin, which usually contains fluid or keratin material.  Cherry angiomas are red blood vessels growths that we can get as we age.  Dermatofibroma are brown firm scar tissue-like growths.  If you are unsure about a skin spot, you should see a dermatologist.

Angioma: See your dermatologist. There might not be a great answer but you definitely need this enlarging angioma followed. The best person to do that is a dermatologist. They might even recommend removal.

Macular lesion: Sounds like some type of macular lesion. Hemangioma would be most likely, basal cell, melenoma, petechiae, on the list. A picture sent would be helpful.

a bump that seems to be a mole on my calf not bigger than 0.5cm would bleed occasionally under skin and dries up, and after a while it will subside and turn back to skin color. it will reoccur however. can it be cherry angioma?

: The only way to know would be to have a doctor examine it. There are other possibilities but a “mole” that keeps bleeding may need to be monitored, depending on the actual diagnosis. A dermatologist would be helpful to diagnose and treat, if needed. Best of luck to you!

No: The two are not related.

Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.
