Scabs Beat Scabies: Scabbing is OK as long as there's no infection in there. You'd know that if it is unduly painful or getting more and more painful and there's increasing leakage or discharge. Wash gently and let the scab come of naturally. Don't pick at it (the only thing you should ever pick at is a guitar). If you have to cover it (e.g. you look like a resurrected zombie), do so loosely so the air can get at it.

Don't use again: You have probably developed contact dermatitis. You must avoid the same product or another product with the same ingredients. Discontinuing the product generally would resolve the problem. If not, you may have to use a prescription corticosteroid scalp lotion. In that case see your pcp.

: The body has a tremendous ability to self heal. I would expect a bit of color change/irritation for a while but by a few days or week+  it will self heal.

Hair remover burns: I can appreciate your frustration. For hair remover burns simply wash the area copiously with cool water. Then apply an antibiotic ointment such as bacitracin, to the area 2-3 times a day. Long er term effects such as skin increased pigmentation would suggest the appropriateness of a visit to a dermatologist.

Clean/watch: Start by cleaning the area with antiseptic soap. If you can find an otc antibiotic cream I would use it to cover open wounds. Look at the site multiple signs daily &amp; re-clean/re-apply cream as needed. Increasing redness or drainage would be worrisome. It will likely heal in a week or so.

Superfast Healing: The real question is what not to do that slows down healing. Avoid using alcohol, peroxide, hibiclens, betadine, and bleach solutions. Inflammation ( red, hot, swollen, tender) is important to healing  so anti-inflammatories (motrin, advil) are bad. Cover the area with a clean dressing changed every other day  and protected from trauma.  Antibiotics do not help healing unless it is truly infected.
