Long road: First you would have to want to care for others by being a physician.  So, college, medical school, and residency training.  Depending on specialty, that's 11-12 years at least.  Then you would practice for several years, gaining experience.  If academic, you need to advance to professor. Often involves research, teaching & publications. Also personal characteristics of honesty & responsibility.

Your choice: It is entirely your choice.  There is no harm in seeing a chaplain and you should consider it if you are religious or spiritual.  It may provide support during a difficult time.

Attitudes vs disease: We have no fence inside us to keep things from influencing each other. Attitudes are learned and culturally sanctioned. Diseases are physical, some genetically based. A certain attitude may be a comfortable fit for certain person who suffers from a certain disease, but so might a very different attitude. I doubt you can hold a disease responsible but since you ask, you may be able to change. Best!

very good afternoon doctors. can rough toilet paper or rubbing too hard with rougher toilet paper cause blood in the anus or possibly hemorrhoidsl. i was away and the toilet paper was not charmin am home with charmin, no apparent blood at all?

: You can always create an abrasion from rough rubbing of the peri-anal skin. This can cause bright red blood to appear on the paper or stool. You do not create/trigger hemorrhoids that way.

Be safe: Certainly we all know alcohol is not indicated when pregnant, so your best bet is jsut to avoid it, even in small quantities.  There are several products of non alcoholic "sparkling cider" that you can use, that would look and taste like your having champagne, without the risk or any thoughts of harming your baby. Possibly: How long has she walked that way?  This can be something called tibial torsion or femoral anteversion. Those causes should have made her gait abnormal for a while.  She should be evaluated by her doctor or an orthopedic doctor.

Knee pain: If the pain is in the front, anterior,  with stair climbing it usually is coming from the patella and/or patella tendon.  This is one of the most common problems in orthopedics.  I would recommend that she get on a leg strengthening program.  Include exercises for the glutes, hamstrings, quads and calf.  As for chaplin legs do you mean bowing ?
