Good: If you have a remaining ovary, and an open fallopian tube on either side, pregnancy is still possible. There is a 10 % risk that the subsequent pregnancy may be another ectopic.

Slightly higher : Some one with previous ectopic pregnancy will have slightly higher incidence in the other tube , as you have same disease process like old tubal infection, but good news woman  with one tube do get pregnant, don't worry. Ask the doc treating: You, the chly can damage the tubes so you have an increased risk of getting another ectopic, u need the chly treated asap and then you need a test of cure to make sure it is gone and testing for other stds to make sure u have nothing else , and then in the future before trying for a preg you may need a laparoscopy with dye and antibiotics to assess your tubes.

H/O Ectopic: Discuss with your Gynecologist having a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) done. It’s a test where dye is injected into the uterus and an x-ray is taken. If your remaining Fallopian tube is not blocked dye will spill out of it. With a working tube your fertility rates are close to normal. If blocked you will need advanced reproductive assistance.

The : The important thing about when to start an ovulation predictor kit is to make sure you start it before you expect to ovulate.  The number of days from when you ovulate to when your period starts is very fixed.  It is not longer than 14 days.  The number of days from when you start your period to when you ovulate can be variable.  The best way to figure out when to start is to take your shortest cycle length and subtract 16 days.  For example, if your cycle varies between 32 and 36 days, you should subtract 16 from 32 to get 16.  You would start testing on cycle day 16 with the first day being the day of an actual flow (not spotting).  If your cycles are always 36 days then you would start on cycle day 20. Ectopic pregnancy: If your tube with the ectopic pregnancy was removed, ask your gyn about getting a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to make sure your other tube is not obstructed (an x-ray/fluoroscopic picture).  If open after the x-ray, it is very possible for a normal pregnancy to occur. Test for ovulation with a kit from a drugstore to increase your chances after the HSG.

The recurrent ectopic rate is about 15% (so about 20% of pregnancies are ectopics)
The infertility rate is about 30%

Just keep trying: With one ectopic pregnancy it might become harder next time to get pregnant. Be sure to see your doctor immediately if you think you might be pregnant. And if you are not pregnant after a few months, ask your doctor about checking to see whether you have at least one open fallopian tube.

Depends: This is going to depend on if you have scarring in the one fallopian tube and if your partner does not have any sperm problems. Other tube: Having one ectopic does increase your risk of another ectopic. Your baseline fertility is not affected. The functional status of the remaining tube can be assessed by your doctor if you are having trouble getting pregnant.
