Maybe: check another test in a few day, but its likely that this pill will result in a later period than the last.  In addition, some women have no period on the pill (amenorrhea), which is perfectly fine and healthy.

You need exam!: You may have a prolapse problem. See a Provider and check it out! You can also do Kegel exercises to see if that will help. 5 sets of 15 daily is what I recommend.

Low risk: At 37 weeks you are full term and you may go into labor at any time.  A soft cervix is common at this stage and really does not present any additional risk.

PROM: There are no exact reasons for premature rupture of membranes (PROM) ,but sometimes there may  be an infection(strep/ STDs, or surgery( including  cerclage, smoking , previous PROM, distended uterus. Were you checked for strep as many women harbor strep in the in vagina and it could be a cause of premature rupture of membranes

When in doubt: just check pregnancy test.  And if you are still not bleeding normally and first pregnancy test was negative, check it again in 1 week. If both negative and your symptoms persist, get to a GYN so they can help you determine what the next step is to regulate your period and minimize the adverse symptoms that could be premenstrual dysmorphic disorder (PDD).

No : Manually stimulating the vagina and clitoris during intercourse and foreplay is perfectly normal and will not harm you.

That is normal cervi: a question would be did the pathology show anything in regards to the loss or was there some event that caused it. 30 millimeters is a normal cervical length at that just a tional age. There is a lot more information I would need to know.

No: 4 cm is a very reassuring cervical length. It is understandable that you are anxious but there is no reason you cannot go about your normal activities. Best of luck!
