Two things!: Non-surgical i assume! otherwise, only vigorous sexual activity with a human or anything else inserted into the vagina. I suppose a rough pap smear could also cause this, but again, i assume we're talking about non-medical/surgical causes.

Delivery?: It's coming for there to be a tear on the cervix after delivery, but are you speaking about a tear on the cervix when you haven't  a just delivered a child?  That could be due to trauma secondary to intercourse. Or it could mean the cervix  is friable due to infection. An examine your doctor seems warranted.

All eventually have: Age related degeneration of spine termed spondylosis but not all get symptoms which when can range from stiffness, decreasing neck motion, cracking/clicking, neck ache/pain, headache up back of head to even radiating pain to arm(s) with or without neurologic symptoms: numbness/tingling or even weakess if nerve compression to even more significant problems related to cord compression-myleopathy.

Seek Clarification: The terms enlarged and aggravated are not clear or medically sound. If aggravated means that you have cervicitis then that is treated with antibiotics and testing to determine the infectious cause. I am not sure why you would be told your cervix is enlarged. The size of the cervix is highly variable from person to person and not clinically relevant. It would not indicate a problem.
