Post pregnancy: you are describing normal stretch marks. It has to do with the types and content of your collagen within the skin. Everyone is different.

Get seen now: I trust this is all-of-a-sudden and that it's not a hernia. I trust that you otherwise feel well with your usual exercise tolerance. I suspect that something is blocking the veins and/or lymphatics from your scrotum. I'm concerned that you may actually have a clot in a pelvic vein, and there may be more to the "cellulitis" on your abdomen than anyone has suspected so far.

Go back to doctor: Asap.  Without knowing the actual organism involved i can only tell you that most cases of cellulitis are caused by strep pyogenes or staph aureus. Two bad acting bugs and ones that have the capacity to be highly destructive of normal issues and potentially life-threatening. You need to see somebody now!

my dr gave me levaquin (levofloxacin) 750mg for cellulitis. after i took it i've been running a fever of 101.2 and having muscle and stomach aches. what can i do.

Let your doc know: Your symptoms may be related to your initial infection versus the addition of an antibiotic and its side effects. Keep in mind that the antibiotic may or may not work for  your infection. Your best resource remains the prescriber who saw your first and can decide best what to do next. Most offices now have phone coverage after hours due to regulations.

i had two cellulitis infections (one behind ear and one on lower stomach) at same time with a very swollen lymph node behind my ear. is this unusual?

Not unusual: But needs attention, you may want to check your random blood sugar level, as a screening, also happens if you're hairy and probably overweight, not unusual, best wishes

Need to change antib: If you can not tolerate Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) due stomach pain and distress, you need to take a different antibiotic.If your doctor will not prescribe another antibiotic which you need.
You have two choices with diagnosis of cellulitis of leg, either to consult another doctor or go to er for treatment of cellulitis.

Information: At 45 the goal may not be realistic. It depends on your starting point. Weight loss and exercise are the easiest. Liposuction may help. Also the newer noninvasive lasers may help.
