Review w ur doctor: Especially  if more frequent or severe, would seek specialty care such as gastroenterologist who can rule out common cases such as food allergies (esp. milk, gluten, nuts) and be sure that you don't have commonly gallstones, ulcers, or pancreas problems. Your symptoms warrant review (e.g.,diet and pesent medications) and workup by a doctor before labeling as irritable bowel or functional dyspepsia

Too Complex to say: Abdominal pain and nausea can be caused by many different diseases.  if you had x-rays and ultrasound, you have seen a doctor or an assistant (nurse practitioner or physican's assistant).  In either case, a complete history and physical should have been done.  Without that information, I cannot make even the start of a diagnosis.  Ask your doctor.

See GI Dr.: Since your symptoms are not improving and come back once the meds wear-off, you may have an underlying stomach or intestinal disorder (gerd or PUD or gastritis for examples) and should get a proper examnation form a GI dr. To adequately diagnose and treat you.  Good luck.

NSAIDS : Up to 25% of nsaids users develop peptic ulcer disease, many even a symptomatic, 2-4% develop bleeding and perforation. Pain may get better with food but if advance may get worse. Another possibility is gallbladder disease with biliary colic type of presentation. See your physician for a better assessment. Abdominal ultrasound good first study to start.

Try Antacids: It can be due to Acidity(Acid reflux). I would try Zantac or Pepcid for 3-4 weeks and see if it resolves the problem. If not he should get an examination done by your family physician.

Dysmenorrhea : Very common condition if starts on first day of cycle and is crampy, or generalized lower back pain and thigh pain. If not contraindicated , Ibuprofen 400 to 600 mg helps  taken every 6 hours  with food as needed until pain subsides . Also helps reduce amount of bleeding.
