Possible: It could be possible but when there is swollen lymph with weight loss we want to make sure there is no cancer so you would want this checked out to be safe.

Lymphadenopathy: Have you spoken to your doctor about this lymphadenopathy? If so, what makes you jump to crohn's or celiac disease? Lymph nodes can swell from lots of things most often due to infection but many many many causes. Don't jump to severe disease based on an incidental finding.

A few ideas: Urine copper is a better way to rule out Wilson's. I trust hepatitis C was also negative. I'm not worried in the least about your lymph nodes; we see nodes like these all the time in healthy folks. Trusting you don't drink. Your fatty liver may just be your body's way of asking for a return to that fitness-focused lifestyle from your teens. Best wishes.

Yes: Celiac disease is an auto-immune condition. In other words, with auto-immune conditions, the body's immune system is responding incorrectly and attacking itself. In the case of celiac disease, the body's immune system is causing intestinal damage. Having  celiac disease, will put you at risk of developing others, such as thyroid disease, type 1 diabetes and others. The opposite is also true.

Hashimoto's thyroid: Autoimmune thyroiditis (hashimoto's) has been linked to higher incidence of celiac disease and vice-versa based on a common genetic trait (the presence of hla-dq2 (and/or -dq8). 
It is the abnormal reaction of the immune system that attacks both the thyroid tissue and the intestinal mucosa that is the problem. The thyroid condition itself does not cause food allergies.

Some basics: The daily caloric need is a factor of existing body mass, physical &amp; mental work. If you are truly consuming more than you need you should gain weight. Celiac disease disease is not the only condition where you can fail to absorb calories. A sit down with a nutritionist to chart actual intake as well as more testing would be needed. Over &amp; underestimating needs/consumption is a factor.

Poor diet: Inadequate dietary intake can also cause low intake. Milk is supplemented with vitamin d and is a good source of vitamin d. Try eating foods that are high  in vitamin d or take a vitamin d3 and calcium supplement that has at least 400 iu of d3 and 1000-1200 mg of calcium.
