: If you only have this symptom after breakfast the answer will be hard. People may have postprandial weakness or fatigue, but not only after breakfast. I suggest you make a food diary when you have that symptom for at least several weeks to a month then bring that list to your doctor along with your blood sugar level (you can buy an accuchek machine at CVS or Walgreens) when you have the symptom.

Metformin is used for this if you are prediabetic.
