Bladder infection: A great explanation for pain exactly where you are describing would be a bladder infection.  Go in for a urine test and exam to see if this is possible.

Maybe normal: All of this depends on where you are in the menstrual cycle. If you are near the time for your period then a thickened endometrial lining would be expected as well as a change in vaginal discharge right before your cycle and pms symptoms. A symptom diary where you track your cycles and symptoms can be very helpful to your doctor to figure out if this is normal or not.

Get an OBGYN consult: It sounds like you need to visit your OB/GYN right away. You may need to have a cervical exam, pap, r/o uterine process such as fibroids or endometriosis. The Mirena (levonorgestrel) should be working better so best that your OB/GYN rules out contraindications and makes sure your symptoms are better controlled. Low back pain may or may not be unrelated. Talk to your GP doctor about it. Good luck.

is it normal to have uterine tenderness a year after ceserean? doesn't hurt unless it's pressed on. im still nursing and my u/s came back normal.

Uterine contractions: We don't fully know how a cesarean affects the healing of the uterine muscle but I would expect for you to be fully healed by a year. Nevertheless, breastfeeding will always lead to uterine contractions that can cause the uterine musculature to contact which can be painful. Continue to watch symptoms unless you have any fevers, severe pain, or abnormal amounts of bleeding.

Incidental finding: Hope your child is feeling better. If fever or vomiting or worsening pain develop go back to er or call your pediatrician. The ct scan was done to look for typical diagnoses like appendicitis, abscess.... The small uterine defect is likely unrelated to your child's symptoms. Okay to follow up with your doc, take a family member with you to help ask questions. Be well.
