Toenails: I don't know of a link between nail bed issues and hair loss.
However I think it is important for you to have your doctor refer you to podiatrist (foot doctor) while your doctor is looking into you hair loss.

See doctor: You're describing a fleeting vertigo or a fainting- like sensation that could have many causes. See your pcp for exam and proper diagnosis. Write down all meds you take, any alcohol/drug/tobacco/caffeine use. If all is normal, consider seeing a mental health professional to look at anxiety as a factor.

if i have a cyst on my ankle/back of foot, is surgery a must for removal? it is very hard and my foot falls asleep often for no reason. thank you.

Cyst: If you have had it evaluated , then your treating physician should discuss that with you.  If you have not and are self diagnosing , you should see a physician so it can be discussed .   Start with your podiatrist

See your doc: Check with your family doctor so he or she can check your peripheral circulation , if necessary check dopper examination and pin point the cause vascular vs neurologic  then treat you.

every time i cross my left leg, like men sit not women,left foot ends up across right leg. its less then 5 minutes and my leg goes numb/falls asleep. could a periunium cyst cause this? i know its obviously more then just a nerve problem?

Foot dragging: Fatigue, headaches with facial flushing, and occasionally blurriness of vision probably are not any serious concern. However, waking up with tingling and numbness in one leg with dragging of the foot should not be ignored. They could be a sign of a spinal process or even a brain lesion. You should see your internist and even a neurologist if these symptoms persist.

ENT exam: This could be post nasal drip, GERD or thrat inflammation. I suggest a thorough ENT evaluation to include a scoping ( nasopharyngoscopy ).
