Tennis elbow: This sounds like lateral epicondylitis, more commonly known as "tennis elbow."  did you hit your elbow while working?  It is possible you have a muscle strain or pinched nerve.  If you have continued pain, see a doctor.  Generally, tennis elbow is treated with resting of the affected arm and nsaids as needed.

i have a ganglion cyst on my right wrist, palm side. i am experiencing numbness and tingling in both hands overnight. is that normal?

Nocturnal tingling: of the hands usually is due to carpal tunnel syndrome. It's not uncommon to see carpal tunnel in individuals who also have ganglion cycts. Have your neurologist do an EMG / NCS to clarify matters

Possibilities: Hmm.  Sticking to common problems, things to consider are a wrist sprain or Dequervain tenosynovitis which are both inflammation of ligaments/tendons. Other things in the differential would be:  Carpal tunnel syndrome if there are symptoms of numbness, Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis if symptoms are more noticeable in the mornings.  Osteoarthritis should not be considered in a young patient.

See ortho or derm: suggest you be eval by orthopedist or dermatologist. Sounds like a ganglion cyst, which is nothing serious, but need to be checked out to be certain.

Thoughts: One thought that comes up immediately, is question of medication reaction, but would also wonder about early peripheral neuropathy, problem within neck spinal cord, vitamin deficiency, alcohol or recreational drug reaction.  If this persists, get evaluation from your doctor.

Pain is worse in the: Cold from most sources. Fracture , tendinitis, nerve compression, neuropathy, arthritis , synovitis in shortest things. There are also circulation, metaboc and endocrine issues that can overlap and augment pain and cold intolerance.

Could be from neck: I see many patients with rotator cuff tears that also have numbness, tingling, and even weakness below the shoulder into the arm, forearm, and wrist/hand. The neurological symptoms below the shoulder notoriously arise from an ongoing neck problem such as a pinched nerve within the cervical spine.

70 yr old man had an accident wrist fractured but now its fine but i cant completely close right wrist. whats the reason for this?

Not sure: I'm not sure what you mean by "close the wrist"?  Do you have restricted range of motion with flexion and extension of the wrist?  This is common after a fracture.  You should look up exercises for the wrist (Ask.com) and do these daily.  If that doesn't work an occupational therapist can help get the range of motion back.
