Anxiety or Physical : Those can certainly be physical manifestations of anxiety, however,  they also can be symptoms of an underlying physical problem . To find out, it is best if you can see your pcp (primary care physician) for an evaluation of the problem , 
feel better.

Possibly: If you already have an existing TMD problem, you may get tingling from nerve irritation depending where in your face it occurs

can a pinched nerve in neck cause tingling in face and head?

Accepted Answer

Yes: A pinched nerve certainly can, most notably in a distribution starting at the base of your skull in the back and wrapping up around your scalp and onto your forehead on one side. Irritation to some nerves in your neck can also lead to lower face and head tingling as well. If it progresses, or if it does not go away in a few weeks, you may need some imaging to make sure there is no entrapment.

Back &amp; neck pain: A hard mattress is supposed to be good for your back, if you can't return it give a little  it a little longer time to get used to it, you can also use a soft foam mattress  padding to give you some comfort. Tingling of the face  most likey has nothing to do with the mattress,  you need to see your doctor for that to rule out facial palsy &amp; also to check you for your neck &amp; back pain. Feel better.

can claravis ,80mg/day, cause tics or tingling in face, lower lip? happens infrequently & is the only side effect besides nausea. should i worry?

Not from claravis: You can stop tretinoin while on Claravis. Be sure to take with food for best absorption. Avoid vitamin pills because the vitamin A (different in food) increases side effects.Most common side effect is dry skin, dry lips, dry eyes &amp; nose.

what causes tingling in face and mouth as well as arms but doesn't cause numbness. also dry mouth. i'm not anxious. and no numbness at all.

? nerve compression: Not sure, but you may have problems with your neck, which the MRI should show. Also, on BP meds, dry mouth, are you snoring?, have you gained wt? This is not easy to answer but certainly deserves to be evaluated with a good history and pe to start.

BP is likely too low: Increase fluids and electrolytes.  If symptoms don't resolve, talk to your physician.
