Low Blood Volume: Low blood volume (lv) can be caused by lack of intake, or loss of fluids. If one has a hemorrhage and losses a great deal of blood, that causes lv. If a person has severe diarrhea, lv can be consequence as well. Likewise, if a person is denied water, lv is a result as well. Lv can be a serious situation if it severe and acute. In that case, seek medical attention as soon as possible.

No problem..: Having large amounts of normal stools is not only ok, but healthy for your colon. Our western diet usually does not provide enough roughage, and subsequently our bowel habits in this country are also not very healthy. In cultures where they eat a great diet and have extremely low rates of colon and bowel problems, they often have 5-6 stools daily. So you are eating a great diet and stop worrying!

Physiology: The amount of blood the left ventricle can pump (stroke volume) is directly related to "preload" which is based on the venous return to the heart. If volume is contracted from bleeding, diuresis, vasodilation, or poor intake,  preload is reduced, venous return is reduced, stroke volume is reduced &, if increased heart rate can't compensate for the reduction, then cardiac output is also reduced.

Stroke volume: Cardiac output is determined by heart rate and volume of blood pumped by heart in each heartbeat (stroke volume).  Increased fluid volume increases the stroke volume and therefore cardiac output.  Decreased fluid volume decreases the stroke volume and therefore cardiac output.
