Unlikely: This would be an unlikely cause of the swelling. Could be inflammation as a result of hair pulling related to vigorous hair brushing or pulling hair to put into a pony-tail. Make sure that you try to relieve any undue pressure to this area. If solves the issue great if not go in for evaluation.

Yes: Allergic conjunctivitis commonly causes redness, watering, itching and mildly swollen and mildly red eyelids.  Over the counter treatments such as an antihistamine or an allergy eye drops such as zaditor (ketotifen) may provide relieve, and cool compresses are also helpful.  If symtpoms not relieve, or if vision affected, get it checked out.

i dyed my eyebrows 4 days ago and apparently im allergic to paraphenylenediamine. the symptoms are really bad. its itchy, swollen and red.i use allergy pills but it doesnt help.. what can i do?

: Use some cortisone cream that you can buy at a pharmacy anbd apply three times a day until it settles the symptoms. Continue the allergy pills as well. Watch out for getting an eye infection due to all the swelling around the eyes. Go to a doctor if you get an eye infection or if not improving so that other treatment can be given.

Yes, can be serious: Swelling of the forehead can happen from infection of the frontal sinuses.

Recurrent difficulty with frontal sinus infections can be more serious than other sinuses.

If you have swelling or tenderness of the frontal forehead region with a sinus infection, should see a physician for examination, possible X-ray, and antibiotics

Well, if the ...: ...cyst is actually an infectious process, such as an abscess, etc, than maybe that would cause some lymphadenopathy.  Get an eval with some possible labs including a cbc-diff to diagnose your condition if it persists.  Good luck.

Increase of pressure: Swollen turbinates can limit the flow of air/fluids in your maxillary sinus which can lead to an increase of sinus pressure. If your sinuses cannot drain properly then you will likely feel the effect that you are asking about. If you think that you may be developing a sinus infection see your doctor for verification and treatment.
