Ear/jaw joint/teeth: I don't believe what i call the inner ear has any pain fibers; but the middle ear & ear drum is wired to the same nerves that supply the jaw & teeth. Pressure on / in the ear drum from infection, jaw or jaw joint & dental pain may all give pain thar radiates to the ear on the same side. If it is simple jaw joint pain (biting a popcorn kernal wrong) Ibuprofen might help but an exam might be needed.

Tube clogged: the connection between the ear and the throat normalizes pressure behind the ear drum.
ANY problem with it causes the drum to be pulled with swallowing
infection,
inflammation
change in pressure outside (airplane)

Need to see doctor: There are many things that can cause ear irritation and pain. It could be an infection in the canal (otitis externa) often called swimmers ear or a middle ear infection (otitis media). Both of these can be treated with antibiotics so I think seeing a healthcare provider would be a good idea.

Tmj : Tmj can do it all, even make you a little dizzy. If you have true vertigo- feeling of spinning or motion with stereotypic head motions then vertigo is more likely.

What to do?: For significant sore throat with swollen tonsils / lymph nodes –  see physician ; get a strep throat test/ culture. If you have strep throat, antibiotic therapy is imperative to prevent future complications. Consider tylenol (acetaminophen) or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications. Saltwater gargles: mix 1 tsp salt in 8 oz warm water – gargle several times a day. Or gargle with aloe vera juice twice a day.

See the doctor: You could be dehydrated and feeling dizzy due to that.  Get checked out, you might have strep throat and need antibiotics.  Meningitis can present in different ways but classically fever, headache, neck pain, vomiting.  Does not sound like meningitis but get it checked out.

Unrelated: I suspect that you are developing a viral upper respiratory tract infection which is starting in your throat and early nasal congestion is blocking your eustachian tube causing ear blockage symptoms. The viral infection is causing aches and is unrelated to your gerd.

Please see your: doctor.Have you been swimming? It sounds like you may have Swimmer's Ear (otitis externa), which is an infection of the ear canal, caused by water in the ear, making a good environment for bacteria and fungus to grow. The only way to tell this for sure is to have your ear examined. The treatment, if necessary, would be prescription drops, as opposed to oral antibiotics for a regular ear infection.

Yes: Although some of the these symptoms might be related to viral infection it  is very important that the nipple be evaluated. Signs of infection can include: increased swelling, redness, tenderness, ^ pain, warmth, red streaks,  purulent drainage, swollen lymph nodes or fever.

Allergies vs Cold: It sounds like you could have one of two things going on- a cold or allergies. Your symptoms are consistent with seasonal allergies, hitting you all at once, which is no fun. You might try an over the counter med like claritin, (loratadine) zyrtec, or Allegra to see if this helps. You may also need prescription medications to help control your symptoms. If it continues past 1-2 weeks, see your doctor.
