No: Risperdal does not cause limb pain, especially pain in both arms.  Cause is different and would be wise to check the underlying etiology.

or it could be the way you are placing your arm over a keyboard or a computer board if you use a computer for work.
watch out to any repetitive motion that you might be doing at work,and how is that affecting your muscle,or your joint.
it is some kind of over use of the muscle.
take ibuprofen,or aleve, (naproxen)message your arms often.

Neck: To involve both arms, unless there really is problem in each arm separately, it is best to explain from the root that goes to both arms and that's the neck. Have your neck examined. When you lay down, the position of your spine changes and could be compressing the nerves that go to both arms. I wish you the best.

When : When you have such a problem in both arms, some consideration should be given to there being a a single problem at a point in your body at which it could affect both arms. It would be worthwhile to see whether you are having an issue in your neck, such as a herniated disc or arthritis that causes pinching on the nerves that go out to the arms from the spinal cord. It also remains a possibility that there are separate problems in each arm, so it's a good idea to ge tthis checked out. A visit to an orthopaedic surgeon can help you localize, diagnose and hopefully treat your problem. Good luck!
