my 5 month old son has pimples around his mouth, buttocks, under his feet and hands. is this a sign of hand, foot and mouth disease?

Hand, foot and mouth: Hand foot and mouth disease usually presents with Papular or pustular rash on the lips, palm of hands and sole of feet. There may also be a fever. What is most important is that the same rash usually occurs inside the mouth and back of throat. This prevents adequate intake of fluids which may result in dehydration. If your child is not feeding well, see the Pediatrician.

I suggest : You see a podiatrist or dermatologist. 
"big black pimples" does not sound like a common skin issue.

i've had a mole on the inside of my big toe for years, a few weeks ago i noticed a hard white pimple under it.  is this something to worry about?

Get it checked: I don't take any chances with moles that are changing in ANY way, because of the possible risk of melanoma. So see your clinician please.  It won't hurt meanwhile to soak in warm water 4x daily for 20 minutes.  If it goes away then maybe it was just a pimple!

my 22 year old sister 6 foot and overweight, has been getting big pimples on her breasts! they look like little balls about 1/2 inch!what could it be?

Few things...: It could be acne (possible on the chest and back), folliculitis (infection at base of hair follicles), or sebaceous cysts.  1/2 inch is pretty large for acne, so i'd recommend getting it checked out by a doc to know for sure.

i have pimple-like bumps on my scalp, some of them blackened and hardened. doesn't itch nor cause any pain. is it normal? also, i have an outbreak of hand, foot and mouth disease right now?

: Folliculitis on the scalp very common. Comes and goes but highly unlikely to be related to hand , foot and mouth disease

Many things: it could be many things none of them serious if the lump is actually in the vein it may represent a vein valve that becomes inflamed so it will feel like a bump or it could ba a skin lesion happen to be on the top of the vein if you are concern go and see a doctor you will be examined assured or treated good luck

: You need a doctor to examine  the bumps to determine what they are. There are many possibilities like a skin abscess or a cyst or lipoma, etc. If your doctor cannot determine what these are, , you could see a dermatologist. Once a diagnosis is made, they can be treated, if needed. Good luck!

Fibroma: A small pimple like lesion that appears on the foot may be a fibroma. Fibroma are small fibrous tissues that appear either superficial to the skin or they may appear subdermal. Many times they are painful to touch. See a Podiatrist or a Dermatologist to rule out other possibilities. Skin cancers can appear innocuous and must be checked out
