I suggest : You see a podiatrist or dermatologist. "big black pimples" does not sound like a common skin issue.

Got to podiatrist: This does not sound like a typical problem. It sounds like it could be a blood blister or pre-ulcer. If you are diabetic, this could be serious. You need to see a podiatrist for an exam.
