My 5 month old son has pimples around his mouth, buttocks, under his feet and hands. is this a sign of hand, foot and mouth disease?

Hand, foot and mouth: Hand foot and mouth disease usually presents with Papular or pustular rash on the lips, palm of hands and sole of feet. There may also be a fever. What is most important is that the same rash usually occurs inside the mouth and back of throat. This prevents adequate intake of fluids which may result in dehydration.
