can symptoms of impacted ear wax come and go? i have clogged feeling in right ear only along with mild tinnitus and muffled hearing. no earache or dizziness. usually feels worse after lying down but fluctuates throughout the day?

: Symptoms from ear wax can fluctuate. If you have no discharge from the ear, you may instill a few drops of oil in the affected or both ears. That will soften the wax and it will come out on its own.

my husband has had an earache and a stopped up ear for a couple days. last night, his ear started bleeding pretty heavily. what could cause this?

See a doctor: you need to take him to your PCP or to a ENT you know that definitly is not normal it could be a perforated drum so do not mess with it and take him to a doctor preferably ENT

No, but: if you have a lot of mucus you may have congestion in your ear causing increased pressure, which can hurt and cause the ringing sensation.  If you develop a fever or have worsening symptoms go see your doctor or urgent care.

Many possibilities..: An exam will be your best way to determine the cause...  pressure from fluid/allergies?  TMJ?  Dental issue?  There are many reasons for ear pain and an exam will give you the answer fairly quickly...

No: In an older child or adult, ear pressure or pain can be from an ear infection, a sinus infection, or some problem inside the throat. A doctor can evaluate to see if a patient needs antibiotics, oral or ear drops.  Sometimes, migraine headaches or a case of shingles can cause ear pain. Swimmer's ear (ear canal skin infection) is likely if one has been swimming and if moving the earlobe causes pain.

i have severe toothache, earache and a headache. i havs also developed a lump on my neck about 2 inches diagonally down an back from my right ear.

Infection: May be infection spreading from abscesses tooth to lymph glands.  This can be quite dangerous. See your Dentist immediately.  The infection will not go away by itself.
